Ingredients

100 g Shredded coconut

80 g Coconut milk liquid or other

15 g Coconut oil

30 g Cinnamon buns, frosted (includes honey buns)

3 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar

80 g Thick yogurt preferably coconut unsweetened

1 g Cinnamon or cocoa for flavor and color
Instructions

1Mix coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Add shredded coconut and soak for 15 minutes.

2Then place the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.

3Add yogurt and blend again.

4Mix the finished mixture with honey by hand and pour into molds. If molds allow, add honey in small layers to each mold rather than mixing it all with yogurt at once.

5After freezing, you can coat everything with a thin layer of chocolate.
