Bounty Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 100 g Shredded coconut
  • 80 g Coconut milk liquid or other
  • 15 g Coconut oil
  • 30 g Cinnamon buns, frosted (includes honey buns)
  • 3 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 80 g Thick yogurt preferably coconut unsweetened
  • 1 g Cinnamon or cocoa for flavor and color

Instructions

    Mix coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Add shredded coconut and soak for 15 minutes.

    Then place the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add yogurt and blend again.

    Mix the finished mixture with honey by hand and pour into molds. If molds allow, add honey in small layers to each mold rather than mixing it all with yogurt at once.

    After freezing, you can coat everything with a thin layer of chocolate.
