"Couscous" salad

Ingredients

  • 35 g Couscous
  • 90 g Tomato (preferably cherry)
  • 10 g Arugula
  • 48 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 10 g Caesar sauce
  • 5 g Pesto sauce
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pc Egg

Instructions

    Prepare couscous according to package instructions, then place it on a large flat plate.

    Add pesto on top of the couscous.

    Fry the egg so the yolk is runny, and place it on top of the couscous.

    Place arugula, iceberg lettuce pieces and sliced tomato on the side.

    Drizzle the dish with Caesar sauce.

    Optionally, add oregano or other spices, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
