Ingredients

  • 100 g Archway Home Style Cookies, Date Filled Oatmeal
  • 5 tbsp Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20 g Dried berries, dried fruits and nuts

Instructions

    Mix the cottage cheese with honey until smooth and paste-like.

    Add the oats and chopped fruits and berries. You can also crush the oats if desired.

    Place the mixture into a baking pan.

    Bake at 180°C for 15-25 minutes until a golden crust forms.

    Check doneness with a toothpick. Cut into portions after cooling.
