10 g Green matcha or fresh spinach

100 g Roasted pistachios shelled unsalted

15 g Coconut oil

100 g Philadelphia cream cheese (unsalted for cheesecakes)

50 ml Coconut milk liquid

30 g Honey

3 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Instructions

1Add oil to the bottom of the blender bowl, place pistachios on top and blend together to a paste-like mixture.

2Add cream cheese and mix again until smooth.

3Then add honey, matcha or spinach rinsed in hot water, and milk. Mix everything to a creamy consistency.

4Pour the mixture into molds and freeze until ready.

5After freezing, drizzle the ice cream with chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios for decoration.
