Matcha Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 10 g Green matcha or fresh spinach
  • 100 g Roasted pistachios shelled unsalted
  • 15 g Coconut oil
  • 100 g Philadelphia cream cheese (unsalted for cheesecakes)
  • 50 ml Coconut milk liquid
  • 30 g Honey
  • 3 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar

Instructions

    Add oil to the bottom of the blender bowl, place pistachios on top and blend together to a paste-like mixture.

    Add cream cheese and mix again until smooth.

    Then add honey, matcha or spinach rinsed in hot water, and milk. Mix everything to a creamy consistency.

    Pour the mixture into molds and freeze until ready.

    After freezing, drizzle the ice cream with chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios for decoration.
