Ingredients

  • 120 g Turkey or chicken fillet
  • 80 g Cucumber, peeled
  • 60 g Marinated mushroom
  • 40 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 15 g Dill, parsley or other herbs
  • to taste Salt, oregano, allspice
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon or lime juice

Instructions

    Dice the cucumber into half-centimeter cubes.

    Separately, bring water to a boil, add the turkey fillet, and cook for 20 minutes. Then dice it into the same cubes as the cucumber.

    Slice the mushrooms thinly. Mix together the turkey fillet, sour cream, mushrooms, cucumber, add salt, oregano, and allspice.
