120 g Turkey or chicken fillet

80 g Cucumber, peeled

60 g Marinated mushroom

40 g Sour cream 10% fat

15 g Dill, parsley or other herbs

1 tsp Fresh lemon or lime juice
Instructions

1Dice the cucumber into half-centimeter cubes.

2Separately, bring water to a boil, add the turkey fillet, and cook for 20 minutes. Then dice it into the same cubes as the cucumber.

3Slice the mushrooms thinly. Mix together the turkey fillet, sour cream, mushrooms, cucumber, add salt, oregano, and allspice.
