Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 pc Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs (dill or parsley or green onion)

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey.

    Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.

    Place the salmon fillet in the marinade and leave for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

    The salmon can be pan-fried or baked in the oven.
