180 g Chicken breast

200 g Cauliflower

1 tbsp Oil

5 g Honey

2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

5 g Cilantro or green onion

10 g Roasted peanuts
Instructions

1Cut chicken breast into cubes. Place on hot oil in a pan and fry until golden, about 7 minutes.

2Boil cauliflower in salted water for 7 minutes. Cut into small pieces.

3Add boiled cauliflower to the fried chicken in the pan. Add honey and teriyaki sauce, mix and cook for 3 more minutes covered.

4Place the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts.
