Teriyaki chicken with peanuts

Ingredients

  • 180 g Chicken breast
  • 200 g Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 5 g Honey
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 5 g Cilantro or green onion
  • 10 g Roasted peanuts

Instructions

    Cut chicken breast into cubes. Place on hot oil in a pan and fry until golden, about 7 minutes.

    Boil cauliflower in salted water for 7 minutes. Cut into small pieces.

    Add boiled cauliflower to the fried chicken in the pan. Add honey and teriyaki sauce, mix and cook for 3 more minutes covered.

    Place the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts.
