Winter cherry

Ingredients

  • 50 g Canned cherry
  • 100 g Thick yogurt (preferably lactose-free)
  • 1 tsp Cocoa
  • 5 g Honey
  • 5 g Nuts

Instructions

    Mix yogurt well with cocoa. Add cocoa gradually to avoid lumps.

    Add canned cherries to the mixture, crushing them if desired. If using frozen cherries, thaw them before adding.

    Transfer everything to a jar or glass, crush nuts and sprinkle on top, drizzle with honey.

    Optionally garnish with a cherry on top.
