Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken breast
  • 50 g Beet greens, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 50 g Cabbage
  • 30 g Onion
  • 80 g Potato

Instructions

    Cook chicken breast (150g) in 1.5 liters of water on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove and dice.

    Cut beetroot, carrot, potato, cabbage and onion.

    Add potato to the broth and cook for 10 minutes.

    Saute beetroot and carrot in a pan for a few minutes, add onion. Add a little broth to the vegetables for stewing.

    Add sauteed vegetables and cabbage to the broth. Cook for 10-15 more minutes.

    Add chicken breast, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
