150 g Chicken breast

50 g Beet greens, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt

50 g Cabbage

Instructions

1Cook chicken breast (150g) in 1.5 liters of water on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove and dice.

2Cut beetroot, carrot, potato, cabbage and onion.

3Add potato to the broth and cook for 10 minutes.

4Saute beetroot and carrot in a pan for a few minutes, add onion. Add a little broth to the vegetables for stewing.

5Add sauteed vegetables and cabbage to the broth. Cook for 10-15 more minutes.

6Add chicken breast, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
