Chocolate Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cottage cheese (granular)
  • 7 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Thick yogurt
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 15 g Honey
  • 30 g Roasted chopped almonds
  • 2 tsp Cocoa (for topping)
  • 30 g Honey (for topping)
  • 1 pc Chicken egg (for topping)
  • 30 g Coconut oil (for topping)

Instructions

    Base: Place yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cocoa, and cottage cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth without lumps. Fill ice cream molds halfway with the mixture.

    Filling: In a bowl, manually mix egg, oil, and honey until creamy. Add cocoa and mix again. Evenly pour the mixture into the ice cream molds where the cheese mixture already is. Add the remaining cheese mixture on top.

    Freeze for 2 hours.

    Then mix the chopped almonds with melted chocolate and pour a thin layer of chocolate over the frozen ice cream.

    If needed, return the ice cream to the freezer for 2-5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
