150 ml Greek yogurt

110 g Coconut milk (drinking)

10 g Gelatin

10 g Honey

1 tsp Vanilla extract

10 g Shredded coconut
Instructions

1Pour warm coconut milk over the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

2In a separate bowl, mix coconut yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until the honey fully dissolves.

3Add the bloomed gelatin with coconut milk to the yogurt mixture. Blend until smooth.

4Add berries to the mixture and gently stir.

5Pour the mixture into molds or dessert glasses.

6Cover the molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the panna cotta sets.
