Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 150 ml Greek yogurt
  • 110 g Coconut milk (drinking)
  • 10 g Gelatin
  • 10 g Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 10 g Shredded coconut

Instructions

    Pour warm coconut milk over the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

    In a separate bowl, mix coconut yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until the honey fully dissolves.

    Add the bloomed gelatin with coconut milk to the yogurt mixture. Blend until smooth.

    Add berries to the mixture and gently stir.

    Pour the mixture into molds or dessert glasses.

    Cover the molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the panna cotta sets.
