Cream Peach

Ingredients

  • 200 g Soft ripe pitted peach or nectarine with pronounced flavor
  • 20 g Honey
  • 150 g Cottage cheese 9% fat
  • 15 g Coconut oil
  • 50 g Thick yogurt
  • 1 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar

    Clean the peach. Optionally peel it, though leaving the skin on gives more flavor but less aroma. Blend the peach with liquid honey.

    Add the yogurt and blend again until smooth. Place the mixture in a deep container.

    Separately blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until creamy with no lumps. Add the mixture to the same container with the peach and stir slightly.

    It's important that after mixing, both the peach and cheese textures remain visible — do not blend to full uniformity. Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer.

    If needed, after freezing, drizzle with a bit of chocolate.
