Ingredients

30 g Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

1 pc Avocado (peeled)

1 tbsp Avocado oil

180 g Greek yogurt

to taste Salt and ground pepper
Instructions

1Wash and chop the onion. Set aside some green onion for serving.

2Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces.

3Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

4Add the chopped onion, salt, stirring often, for about 3 minutes until the onion starts to brown.

5Transfer the sauteed onion to a bowl.

6Add avocado, yogurt, salt, and mix, slightly mashing the avocado while stirring.

7Sprinkle the sauce with finely chopped green onion.
