Creamy Avocado Sauce

Ingredients

  • 30 g Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
  • 1 pc Avocado (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 180 g Greek yogurt
  • to taste Salt and ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash and chop the onion. Set aside some green onion for serving.

    Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces.

    Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

    Add the chopped onion, salt, stirring often, for about 3 minutes until the onion starts to brown.

    Transfer the sauteed onion to a bowl.

    Add avocado, yogurt, salt, and mix, slightly mashing the avocado while stirring.

    Sprinkle the sauce with finely chopped green onion.
