Curry Rice with Fish

Ingredients

  • 50 g White rice
  • 50 g Frozen or marinated corn
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 150 g White fish fillet
  • 50 g Cream 33%
  • 100 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Curry seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • to taste Turmeric, salt, pepper and other spices

Instructions

    Cook rice until done and rinse with cold water so it doesn't stick.

    Fry fish on high heat until done, in a pan for 7-12 minutes. Julienne the carrot and add to the fish. Add corn, cream, water and spices.

    Reduce heat to minimum and simmer everything covered for 5-7 minutes.

    Place rice on the side of the plate and add everything from the pan to it.
