Ingredients

50 g White rice

50 g Frozen or marinated corn

50 g Carrot

150 g White fish fillet

50 g Cream 33%

100 ml Water

0.5 tsp Curry seasoning

1 tsp Smoked paprika

to taste Turmeric, salt, pepper and other spices
Instructions

1Cook rice until done and rinse with cold water so it doesn't stick.

2Fry fish on high heat until done, in a pan for 7-12 minutes. Julienne the carrot and add to the fish. Add corn, cream, water and spices.

3Reduce heat to minimum and simmer everything covered for 5-7 minutes.

4Place rice on the side of the plate and add everything from the pan to it.
