Ingredients

  • 15 g Red beetroot
  • 100 g Banana
  • 100 g Strawberry (preferably slightly frozen)
  • 5 g Pumpkin seeds (or cashew)
  • 120 ml Drinking yogurt
  • 7 g Oats
  • 5 g Honey
  • 5 g Peanut butter

Instructions

    If using beetroot, cut it into pieces. If using cherries, pit them.

    Place the beetroot (or cherries), banana, strawberry, pumpkin seeds (or cashews), drinking yogurt, oats, honey, and peanut butter (optional) in a blender.

    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
