15 g Red beetroot

100 g Strawberry (preferably slightly frozen)

5 g Pumpkin seeds (or cashew)

120 ml Drinking yogurt

7 g Oats

5 g Honey

5 g Peanut butter
Instructions

1If using beetroot, cut it into pieces. If using cherries, pit them.

2Place the beetroot (or cherries), banana, strawberry, pumpkin seeds (or cashews), drinking yogurt, oats, honey, and peanut butter (optional) in a blender.
