Ingredients

  • 0.5 pc Grapefruit
  • 0.5 pc Orange
  • 1.5 pc Nectarine
  • 7 g Honey
  • 50 ml Sparkling mineral water
  • to taste Lemon or lime juice

Instructions

    Fully peel the grapefruit, leaving only the flesh. Peel the orange well. Remove the pit from the nectarine.

    Cut all fruits into pieces.

    Place the prepared fruits in a blender, add a little lemon juice and honey.

    Blend everything until smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with water. Add more orange or grapefruit if desired for flavor.
