Ingredients

  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 80 ml Sesame oil
  • 40 ml Lemon juice
  • 50 ml White wine vinegar
  • 2 pc Garlic cloves
  • 5 g Sugar
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • to taste Black ground pepper
  • 20 g Arugula
  • 20 g Parsley, sprig
  • 20 g Dill, sprig
  • 20 g Basil

Instructions

    Wash, sort, dry, and finely chop all the greens.

    Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press.
  3. 3
    Combine olive and sesame oils, add wine vinegar and lemon juice.

    Whisk everything together.

    Add the chopped greens, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar to the dressing and mix well.

    Pour the finished sauce into bowls and serve.
