80 ml Olive oil

80 ml Sesame oil

40 ml Lemon juice

50 ml White wine vinegar

2 pc Garlic cloves

5 g Sugar

to taste Salt to taste

20 g Arugula

20 g Parsley, sprig

20 g Dill, sprig

20 g Basil
Instructions

1Wash, sort, dry, and finely chop all the greens.

2Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press.

3Combine olive and sesame oils, add wine vinegar and lemon juice.

4Whisk everything together.

5Add the chopped greens, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar to the dressing and mix well.

6Pour the finished sauce into bowls and serve.
