20 g Ginger

1 tbsp Honey

100 ml Cream 33%

20 g Butter

to taste Salt and ground pepper
Instructions

1Thoroughly wash the leek and slice into 1 cm rounds.

2Season the prepared leek pieces with salt and pepper.

3Saute the leek in butter with honey until caramelized.

4Pour cream over the caramelized onion and reduce heat.

5Grate the ginger, squeeze the juice through cloth or cheesecloth.

6Add the ginger juice to the leek and cream.

7Season with salt and pepper to taste.
