150 g Ripe mango

100 g Juicy ripe sweet pear

20 g Honey

150 g Cottage cheese 9% fat

15 g Coconut oil

50 g Thick yogurt

1 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Instructions

1Peel the fruits and cut into convenient pieces. Blend them together with liquid honey and coconut oil until smooth.

2Place the mixture into any deep container.

3Separately blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and yogurt until creamy without lumps. Add this mixture to the mango and pear container and stir slightly.

4It is important that the jam and cheese texture remains after mixing -- do not achieve full uniformity. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze.

5It is recommended to add a few finely diced cubes of mango and pear directly into the mold for flavor and aesthetics.

6If desired, drizzle with a little chocolate after freezing.
