150 g Soft ripe melon

100 g Juicy ripe sweet pear

30 g Honey

150 g Cottage cheese 9% fat

15 g Coconut oil

50 g Thick yogurt

1 g Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Instructions

1Peel the fruits and cut into convenient pieces. Blend them together with liquid honey until smooth.

2Place the mixture into any deep container.

3Separately blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and yogurt until creamy without lumps.

4Add the mixture to the melon and pear container and stir slightly. It is important that the jam and cheese texture remains after mixing -- do not achieve full uniformity.

5Pour the mixture into molds and freeze.

6If desired, drizzle with a little chocolate after freezing.
