Quick cauliflower and chicken lasagna

Ingredients

  • 180 g Cauliflower
  • 160 g Ground chicken breast
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 15 g Hard cheese
  • 10 g Oil
  • 40 g Onion
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 40 g Tomato paste
  • 120 ml Water

Instructions

    Chop cauliflower in a blender (not to a paste) or cut very finely. Add salt, pepper to taste and 1 egg. Mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan. Dice onion and fry until golden. Add ground chicken and fry together for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste, minced garlic, salt, spices and water. Mix and simmer for 5-7 more minutes, letting excess water evaporate.

    Take a baking dish or ceramic container. Layer cauliflower and the meat mixture from the pan, alternating. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Bake in a fan oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
