Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

  • 0.5 pc Avocado
  • 1 pc Nori sheet
  • 5 g Cashew
  • 50 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 110 g Shrimp or seafood mix
  • 50 g Red lentils
  • 15 g Caesar dressing (or tartar)
  • 1 tsp Teriyaki sauce
  • to taste Cilantro, parsley, allspice, lime juice

Instructions

    Rinse and boil lentils in plenty of water until done (usually takes 20 minutes). Drain excess water and place on a plate.

    Slice iceberg lettuce, nori and ripe avocado into thick strips and add to the plate. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.

    Peel and boil shrimp for 3-5 minutes (no more, to avoid toughness) and place on top of the dish.

    Drizzle everything with teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, add spices to taste and sprinkle with chopped cashews.
