Ingredients

  • 30 g Rice
  • 7 g Honey
  • 1 tsp Shredded coconut
  • 75 ml Warm coconut milk
  • 75 g Mango
  • 75 g Papaya (or peach)
  • 60 g Apple
  • 5 g Cashew nut
  • 5 g Cocoa

Instructions

    Rinse and cook rice according to package instructions.

    Place rice in a deep bowl, pour in milk and stir.
  3. 3
    Cut all fruits into convenient pieces and place them on top of the rice.

    Drizzle everything with honey.

    Sprinkle the dish with cocoa, crushed nuts and shredded coconut.

    Optionally, garnish the dish with mint and blueberries.
