30 g Rice

7 g Honey

1 tsp Shredded coconut

75 ml Warm coconut milk

75 g Mango

75 g Papaya (or peach)

60 g Apple

5 g Cashew nut

5 g Cocoa
Instructions

1Rinse and cook rice according to package instructions.

2Place rice in a deep bowl, pour in milk and stir.

3Cut all fruits into convenient pieces and place them on top of the rice.

4Drizzle everything with honey.

5Sprinkle the dish with cocoa, crushed nuts and shredded coconut.

6Optionally, garnish the dish with mint and blueberries.
