220 g Sweet potato (or regular potato)

75 g Avocado

150 g Salmon fillet

5 g Oil

7 g Peeled ginger

22 g Orange or lemon pulp

40 g Corn or pickled cucumber

to taste Salt, spices, lime juice

27 g Lettuce or arugula for garnish
Instructions

1Bake sweet potato in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 min. Slice thinly and place on the bottom of the plate.

2Pan-fry salmon without oil on all sides for up to 12 minutes and place whole on the sweet potato. You can also use raw salmon with wasabi, diced and placed on the sweet potato.

3Add corn (or finely chopped cucumber), salt, spices, lime juice to taste and oil.

4Dice avocado and place in a blender, add oil, salt, pepper, orange pulp, ginger and blend until smooth. Place the mixture on the salmon.
