75 g Cucumber

300 g Greek yogurt

3 pc Garlic cloves

40 ml Olive oil

15 ml White wine vinegar

to taste Salt

to taste Black ground pepper

20 g Dill, sprig
Instructions

1Peel the cucumber, grate the flesh on a coarse grater, lightly salt and set aside for 20 minutes.

2Then squeeze the cucumber well to remove water.

3Mince the garlic and dill.

4In a deep bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, some dill, olive oil, and vinegar.

5Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

6Refrigerate the sauce for a few hours, preferably overnight.

7Before serving, sprinkle with remaining dill, drizzle with oil, and add pepper.
