Veal and cabbage stew

Ingredients

  • 180 g Ground veal
  • 175 g White cabbage (or iceberg)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 25 g Onion
  • 5 g Oil

Instructions

    Heat pan on medium heat and add oil.

    Add ground veal and fry, stirring, for about 15 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through. Make sure the meat is evenly distributed without lumps.

    Add finely chopped onion to the meat and fry for a few more minutes until translucent.

    Then add shredded cabbage to the pan. Mix with meat and onion.

    Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and spices. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

    Add a small amount of water (about 50-100 ml) to create steam. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
