Ingredients

180 g Ground veal

175 g White cabbage (or iceberg)

1 tbsp Tomato paste

25 g Onion

5 g Oil
Instructions

1Heat pan on medium heat and add oil.

2Add ground veal and fry, stirring, for about 15 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through. Make sure the meat is evenly distributed without lumps.

3Add finely chopped onion to the meat and fry for a few more minutes until translucent.

4Then add shredded cabbage to the pan. Mix with meat and onion.

5Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and spices. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

6Add a small amount of water (about 50-100 ml) to create steam. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
