Ingredients

  • 220 g White sea fish fillet
  • 75 g Cauliflower
  • 50 g Small carrots
  • 25 g Lemon
  • 30 g Feta
  • 10 g Honey
  • 10 g Oil
  • 10 g Grain mustard

Instructions

    Lightly salt the fish fillet and place on a piece of foil. Spread thinly sliced feta on top. Wrap the foil so steam doesn't escape during baking. Place in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees with fan function.

    Wrap carrot and broccoli pieces in separate foil, lightly salting them. Wrap so steam doesn't escape and put in the oven with the fish.

    Bake everything for 20 minutes. Then remove from oven and place on a plate, adding the juices from the foil.

    Place a lemon slice on the side of the plate for garnish and flavor adjustment.

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle over the dish. Add salt if desired.
