Ingredients

220 g White sea fish fillet

75 g Cauliflower

50 g Small carrots

25 g Lemon

30 g Feta

10 g Honey

10 g Oil

10 g Grain mustard
Instructions

1Lightly salt the fish fillet and place on a piece of foil. Spread thinly sliced feta on top. Wrap the foil so steam doesn't escape during baking. Place in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees with fan function.

2Wrap carrot and broccoli pieces in separate foil, lightly salting them. Wrap so steam doesn't escape and put in the oven with the fish.

3Bake everything for 20 minutes. Then remove from oven and place on a plate, adding the juices from the foil.

4Place a lemon slice on the side of the plate for garnish and flavor adjustment.

5Mix all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle over the dish. Add salt if desired.
