Sweet and Sour English Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150 g Potato or sweet potato
  • 120 g Button mushrooms (or other)
  • 120 g Lean veal
  • 10 g Oil
  • 80 g Canned beans in tomato
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Water
  • 17 g Prunes
  • 17 g Garlic
  • 25 g Spinach or cilantro

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, quarter the mushrooms, cut veal and potato to the same size and add to the pan. Fry everything until browned for 10 minutes on high heat.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato paste, water. Chop prunes into pieces and add as well. Simmer for another 10 min on low heat.

    Add beans, spinach, finely chopped garlic, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes covered.

    Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with herbs.
