150 g Potato or sweet potato

120 g Button mushrooms (or other)

120 g Lean veal

10 g Oil

80 g Canned beans in tomato

30 g Tomato paste

100 ml Water

17 g Prunes

17 g Garlic

25 g Spinach or cilantro
Instructions

1Heat oil in a pan, quarter the mushrooms, cut veal and potato to the same size and add to the pan. Fry everything until browned for 10 minutes on high heat.

2Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato paste, water. Chop prunes into pieces and add as well. Simmer for another 10 min on low heat.

3Add beans, spinach, finely chopped garlic, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes covered.

4Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with herbs.
